Terms of Service

01Eligibility and availability

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract where you live. You may not use the service if doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions or export restrictions. We may restrict features or availability by country, platform or age when required by law or operationally necessary.

If you use Futbol Frenzy on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms. The service is not intended for anyone previously suspended for serious or repeated violations unless we have expressly restored access.

02Your account

You may register with email and password or a supported sign-in provider such as Google or Apple. You must give accurate information, keep it current, protect your credentials and tell us promptly at support@futbolfrenzy.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

• You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of unauthorised access.
• You may not sell, transfer, share or create accounts using automated or deceptive methods.
• Your display name must not impersonate another person, infringe rights or contain abusive or unlawful material.
• One person should not operate multiple accounts to manipulate ranks, leagues, rewards or game systems.

Third-party sign-in is also governed by that provider’s terms. Disconnecting a provider may affect access if you have not added another sign-in method.

03The service and fantasy game

Futbol Frenzy lets managers build fantasy squads, enter competitions and mini-leagues, follow results, compare rankings, save selections and use related football features. Features, supported leagues, scoring, player data, deadlines and season structure may change as the product develops.

The standard service is free to play and is for entertainment. It is not a sportsbook, gambling product, financial service or source of professional sporting, betting or investment advice. No purchase improves your official fantasy score. If we later run a promotion, prize competition or paid feature, separate official rules or purchase terms will apply and will prevail for that feature where they conflict with these Terms.

Scores and rankings may rely on third-party sports data and our own formulas. We work to keep them accurate, but feeds can be corrected and scoring may be recalculated. Our good- faith decision on game administration is final unless applicable law requires otherwise.

04Acceptable use

You must not, and must not help anyone else to:

• break the law, threaten, harass, defraud, discriminate against or harm another person;
• probe, bypass or interfere with authentication, rate limits, bot protection, security or access controls;
• scrape, crawl, copy or access the service by automated means except with our written permission;
• introduce malware, overload the service, exploit bugs or interfere with another manager’s use;
• manipulate squads, scores, leaderboards, referrals, competitions or analytics;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where a non-waivable law expressly permits it;
• use Futbol Frenzy or its data to build or train a competing service without written permission; or
• use third-party names, logos, data or content in a way that infringes their rights.

Responsible security reports are welcome at support@futbolfrenzy.app. Do not access other users’ data, disrupt production or publicly disclose an unresolved vulnerability.

05Content, licences and intellectual property

Futbol Frenzy and its software, visual design, scoring presentation, written content, branding and other original materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose while these Terms remain in effect.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. Public-facing account material, such as a display name, squad, score or league rank, may be visible to other managers.

Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, MLS, club, player and competition names and marks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, Futbol Frenzy is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed by or affiliated with any league, club, competition, player or governing body.

Where the service displays club crests, badges, logos, kit colours or competition marks, it does so purely to identify the club or competition that a fixture, squad, player or statistic relates to, so that managers can recognise them at a glance. That use is nominative and descriptive only. We claim no ownership of, and no rights in, those marks; we do not use them as our own branding, to suggest sponsorship, endorsement, approval or any commercial association, or to sell merchandise. Any such mark remains the property of its owner and is used subject to that owner’s rights.

If you own or represent the owner of a mark shown on the service and you would prefer we stop displaying it, email support@futbolfrenzy.app and we will remove or replace it. Futbol Frenzy can operate without crests, and identifies clubs by name and colour where a mark is unavailable or withdrawn.

If you believe material on the service infringes your copyright or other rights, email us with your contact details, identification of the work and material, its location, the basis for your claim and a statement that your notice is accurate and made in good faith.

06Third-party services and links

We rely on service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, email, security and analytics. Their services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Links to external sites do not mean that we endorse or control them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Our Privacy & Cookie Policy identifies key providers that process personal data for the service.

07Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using the service at any time and can delete your account from account settings. Account deletion is irreversible and removes account-linked game data from the active service, subject to limited legal, security and backup retention described in our Privacy Policy.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, compromised security, manipulated the game or if we discontinue the service. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to appeal, but urgent security, legal or integrity issues may require immediate action.

Provisions which by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability and dispute terms—will continue to apply.

08Availability, disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not promise that sports data, projections, scores, availability or third-party integrations will always be complete, current or correct.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Futbol Frenzy and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill or service interruption arising from the service. Our total liability for all claims arising in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us for the service during that period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights available where you live.

09General terms

Changes

We may update the service or these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the service, by email or both. Changes apply from the stated effective date; continued use after that date means you accept them.

Governing law and local rights

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and, where relevant, the law of the US state in which Futbol Frenzy is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections and courts available to you under the law where you live are not displaced by this clause.

Assignment, severability and entire agreement

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a reorganisation, financing, merger, acquisition or sale of assets. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and referenced policies are the entire agreement about the service unless separate feature terms apply.
